The new easyE-50i intelligent electric linear actuator can do significantly more! They not only impress with their slim design in combination with very high forces. The integration of the controller in the actuator opens up countless new possibilities for you. This model has customizable stroke lengths from 50 to 750mm. This model is available in high quality powder coated steel, or stainless steel. This electric linear actuator is IP66 rated for harsh environments. The standard temperature range is -5°C to +70°C. There are low and high temperature range variants upon request (Low -40°C to +70°C, and High -5°C to +90°C). Cable: 1m, 2X0.65mm² (AWG19), Ø = 4.8mm, black, Molex Mini-Fit Jr. 6 pin

  • • SDP (SINGLE DIRECTION POSITION) This controller also outputs an analog position signal (0V-5V or 0V-10V).
  • • SPP (SINGLE POSITION POSITION) With this controller, a specific position can be controlled via an analog voltage signal.
  • • SBS (SINGLE BUS STATUS) This controller is operated completely via Modbus-RTU RS485
  • • MDO (MULTIPLE DIRECTION OVERRIDE) With this controller, up to 8 actuators can easily be operated synchronously

Recommended Mounting Methods

  • Do not clamp actuators on tubing.
  • Always keep both brackets mounted in the same orientation and ensure to flush mount actuator.
  • Brackets must always be able to rotate on axels in mountings.
Mounting the easyE-50i actuator

Please note

Power supply without over-current protection can cause serious damage to the actuator at mechanical end-stop or when actuator is overloaded. Radial forces might have an adverse affect on the performance or lead to damage of the actuator. Keep the piston tube clean. Longer cable lengths may cause voltage drop which affects the performance of the actuator. For medical applications maximum ambient temperature is 48°C. The dust and water sealing of "harsh environment" actuators might affect their performance. All specifications are for 25 ºC ambient. Low temperature might affect performance
